Company Chicken in Ring or Pie Shell

Ingredients

• + ¢. Butter
• C. Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 3 C. diced cooked Chicken
• C. Chicken Stock
• C. Milk
• 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
• 2 Tb. chopped Pimentos
• 4C. sliced stuffed Olives

Method

1. 1

   Melt butter, stir in flour, add salt, stock, and milk.

   Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.

3. 3

   Add remaining ingredients, heat, and serve in the center of a biscuit ring or pie shells.
