Cold Cream for Cold Sores

Ingredients

• Oil of sweet almonds, two and one-half ounces
• spermaceti, one and one-half ounces
• white wax, one-half ounce
• glycerine, one-half ounce
• otter of roses, five drops

Method

   Put the perfumery in the glycerine.

   Melt the ingredients in a shallow earthen dish over hot water, adding the glycerine last; then stir until white and cold, then put up in something tight.
