CHRISTMAS ICE-CREAH. Miss Hellernian. I Make a very rich chocolate ice-cream, using at least | one whole cake of Baker's chocolate. The day before | this is made put half a cup of Malaga raisins, cleaned j and stoned, in a small stone jar with a cup of old sherry, add three ounces of candied cherries, cut in quarters, one tablespoonful of candied citron, chopped fine, and twice as much candied apricots
