Chops in a Hurry

Ingredients

• Take four chops
• Dust them lightly with salt and pepper
• half a bottle of tomato catsup
• If no cooked peas are to hand, take a bottle (not can) of peas

Method

   Dust chops with salt and pepper.

   In a greased bag, combine tomato catsup and peas, cook for fifteen minutes.

   In another bag, add bacon, chicken livers, and chops, cook for twenty minutes.

   Serve chops on a hot dish with chicken livers on top and peas around.
