Chocolate Strudel

Ingredients

• Noodle dough from 3 eggs
• % lb. of butter
• Floup
• 5 eggs
• Scant % cup of sugar
• % lb. blanched, chopped bitter almonds
• 1/3 lb. grated sweet chocolate
• Butter for baking

Method

   Knead noodle dough with 0.5 lb. of butter, then roll out very thin.

   Stir yolks of eggs with sugar for 15 minutes, add almonds and chocolate, and lastly the beaten whites.

   Spread mixture on the dough, roll up, and bake in a buttered pan for 30 to 45 minutes.
