Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup cocoa
• Yz cup of milk
• 1 cup brown sugar
• Yz cup butter
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 scant cups flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

   Boil brown sugar and cocoa with milk and cool.

   Cream remaining brown sugar and butter, add beaten eggs, milk, and flour sifted with soda.

   Add chocolate mixture and bake in two layers.
