Chocolate Caramels

Ingredients

• equal parts of white sugar
• brown sugar
• molasses
• milk
• chocolate (grated)
• butter the size of an egg

Method

1. 1

   Boil the mixture hard for fifteen minutes before adding the chocolate.

   Continue boiling until it becomes brittle when dropped into water.

3. 3

   Stir in chopped nuts and pour into well-buttered pans.

4. 4

   Cut into squares when cool.
