Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• two cupfuls of sugar
• one-half cupful of butter
• one cupful of sweet milk
• three cupfuls of flour
• three teaspoonfuls of baking powder
• the beaten whites of five eggs

Method

   Cream sugar and butter, add milk, then flour and baking powder.

   Finally, add beaten egg whites.

   Bake in layers.

   For dressing, dissolve chocolate with sugar and water, then add beaten egg white.
