Chicken Salad No. 2

Ingredients

• One chicken cut fine
• two large stalks celery
• five hard-boiled eggs
• one cup vinegar
• one tablespoonful salt
• one of sugar
• small piece of butter
• three eggs well beaten

Method

   Cut chicken and celery finely, mix with eggs.

   For dressing, cook vinegar, salt, sugar, butter, and beaten eggs until thick, then pour over chicken.
