CHICKEN SALAD. One boiled chicken chopped fine; one head of cabbage and an equal amount of celery, chopped fine, the whites of twelve-hard boiled eggs chopped with it. Take the yolk, rub them fine, then add two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon mustard, one tablespoon butter, and one cup of vinegar
