Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients

• 1 boiled chicken, boned and cut in small pieces
• 2 packages noodles (Golden Age preferred)
• 1 can Mandarin chop suey
• 1 cup chopped celery, onion and hell pepper
• 1 small can mushrooms
• Mandarin sauce

Method

1. 1

   Boil noodles not over 5 minutes, drain and fry in butter until golden brown.

   Heat the Mandarin chop suey, adding sauce to taste.

   Arrange noodles on a platter, top with chicken, pour over chop suey, and sprinkle with celery, onion, bell pepper, and garnish with mushrooms and parsley.

   Serve with boiled rice.
