Chicken and Egg Scallop

Ingredients

• Put 1 pint of finely chopped chicken
• a piece of butter
• and 1/4 a cup of cream
• salt
• and pepper

Method

   Put 1 pint of finely chopped chicken in a saucepan, a piece of butter and 1/4 cup of cream, salt and pepper to taste; let it boil up once, then simmer for a few minutes.

   Turn out on a hot platter.

   Cut hard-boiled eggs in slices and arrange in a circle around the meat.
