Cheese Toast with Bacon

Ingredients

• 1 oz. butter.
• 1 oz. flour.
• lto 1£ gills milk.
• | 4 oz. grated cheese.
• Seasoning.
• Hot buttered toast.
• Rolls of bacon.

Method

   Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour, and cook for a minute.

   Add milk, stir until boiling, then cook for 2-3 minutes.

   Add cheese and seasoning, allowing cheese to melt without boiling.

   Spread on hot buttered toast and top with bacon rolls.

   Serve very hot.
