Cheese Straws I

Ingredients

• 1 pound of cheese ground
• 2 cups of sifted flour
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• Red pepper to season
• Butter size of an egg (it may take more)

Method

1. 1

   Melt butter.

   Mix cheese, flour, salt and red pepper.

   Keep rubbing between hands until thoroughly mixed and fine.

   Pour melted butter in and continue to mix well.

5. 5

   Have moist, roll out and cut in strips.

   Cook in a quick oven.
