Cheese Straws

Ingredients

• To 4 tablesp grated cheese
• 2 tablesp butter
• 1 cup flour
• a pinch salt
• cayenne pepper
• mix with a little cold water

Method

   To 4 tablespoons grated cheese add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup flour, a pinch salt, and cayenne pepper, and mix with a little cold water to the proper consistency.

   Roll about ¼ inch thick, cut in strips ½ inch wide and 3 inches long, and bake in a not too hot oven.
