Cheese Straws

Ingredients

• Roll some puff paste out very thin
• Sprinkle it with dry grated cheese
• dust with a few grains of cayenne pepper

Method

1. 1

   Roll out puff paste thin, sprinkle with cheese and cayenne, fold and roll again.

   Repeat three times, cut into strips, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until light brown.

   Cool and tie in bundles for serving.
