Cheese Straws

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons of dairy cheese
• 3 tablespoons flour
• a dash of red pepper
• a pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon of melted butter
• 1 of milk
• the yolk of 1 egg

Method

   Grate cheese and mix with flour, red pepper, and salt.

   Add melted butter, milk, and egg yolk.

   Roll thin and cut into strips 4 inches long and 0.5 inches wide.

   Bake in a quick oven.
