Caviare Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 unit of caviare
• 1 of butter
• lime-juice
• cayenne
• a little salt

Method

   Toast some thin slices of bread, and when still warm, split and butter on the inside.

   Mix 1 unit of caviare and 1 of butter with lime-juice, cayenne, and salt.

   Spread on the inner sides of the toast when cold, press together, and cut into squares.
