Caviar in Artichokes a la Russe

Ingredients

• six artichoke bottoms
• six slices of bread
• one small cup of fresh caviar
• a teaspoon of anchovy paste
• three tablespoons of butter
• cayenne pepper

Method

1. 1

   Cut out bread with a biscuit cutter.

   Mix butter with anchovy paste and spread on bread.

3. 3

   Decorate with stirred butter and place an artichoke bottom on each.

4. 4

   Fill with caviar and decorate with butter.

5. 5

   Arrange on a doily and garnish with parsley.
