Castle Puddings

Ingredients

• + oz. Brown & Polson’s *‘ Raisley.”’
• 2 Eggs, and their weight in Butter.
• Sugar and Flour.

Method

1. 1

   Cream together the butter and sugar, beat in the eggs alternately with a little flour.

   Add the rest of the flour and Raisley well mixed.

3. 3

   Half fill greased Dariel tins, and bake twenty minutes.

4. 4

   Turn out on a hot dish, and pour Jam Sauce round.
