CARAMEL CUSTARD— Mrs. W. F. Jones 1 quart of milk, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons corn starch, 1 cup brown sugar. Melt the sugar, stirring constantly; then add the milk but do not let it boil or it will crack. When near boiling add the corn starch, sugar, and yolks of the eggs. When a little cool, stir in the whites and 1 teas- poon \anilla
