Brown Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoonfuls Snowdrift
• 2 Tablespoonfuls Flour
• 2 Pint Stock or Water
• 1 Teaspoonful Kitchen Boquet or Browning
• % Teaspoonful Salt
• Saltspoonful Black Pepper

Method

   Rub the Snowdrift and flour together, add the stock or water and stir until boiling.

   Add the kitchen boquet or browning, salt and pepper.
