Bice Soup

Ingredients

• one sliced onion
• one-half pound of rice
• a gallon of water

Method

   Make a meat soup, add the sliced onion.

   Prepare the rice by picking it over, washing, and draining.

   Stir the rice into the soup half an hour before it is done, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
