BEEF MINCE. Have a pound of beef from the round. Free it from all sinews and fat. Mince it very fine. To two table- spoonfuls of butter in a saucepan put in the meat and a teaspoonful of onion juice. Stir for three or four minutes, or until the meat is hot through. Add salt and pepper, and if desired a little lemon juice. Serve on hot buttered toast.
