Ingredients

• six eggs
• a dozen medium Blue Points
• a good-sized piece of butter
• anchovy paste

Method

   Stir eggs in a plate.

   Cut oysters finely in another plate.

   Rub blazer with anchovy paste, add butter, and scramble eggs until creamy.

   Just before done, add oysters and stir until blended and cooked through.
