Bavarian Potatoes

Ingredients

• some new potatoes
• 1 sliced onion
• salt
• pepper
• 1 tablespoonful of flour
• 2 teaspoonfuls of butter
• 1/2 cup of water
• some chopped parsley

Method

   Peel and cook potatoes with sliced onion, salt, and pepper until tender.

   Brown flour in butter, add water, boil with parsley, salt, and pepper.

   Add potatoes and simmer for five minutes.

   Serve hot.
