Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1-3 cup butter
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. soda
• 2 cups flour
• % tsp. salt
• % cup chopped nuts
• 3 mashed ripe bananas

Method

   Cream butter and brown sugar, beat in eggs.

   Add mashed bananas, then salt, baking powder and soda.

   Lastly add flour and nuts.

   Bake in oven (350°) 45 minutes, or until bread leaves edge of pan.
