Baked Potato

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 teaspoons powdered basil, or fresh chopped leaves
• 3 large or 6 small baked potatoes

Method

   Cook butter, salt, and basil gently over low flame for five minutes.

   Split baked potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop a tiny bit out, and criss-cross with a knife.

   Pour herb butter mixture over potatoes letting it soak down.
