BAKED HEARTS.— Select small hearts; clean thoroughly in- side and out. Fill with a dressing of bread crumbs, seasoned with onion, parsley, celery or other flavor. Dust with salt and pepper, lay in a baking-pan and put in the pan enough hot water to half- cover the hearts
