Baked Hash

Ingredients

• any kind of cold cooked meat
• equal parts of mashed Irish potatoes
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Butter and milk enough
• 2 tablespoons of tomato catsup
• bread-crumbs

Method

1. 1

   Run cold cooked meat through a grinder.

   Mix with equal parts of mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and add butter and milk to keep it from being too stiff.

   Place in a baking dish, pour over tomato catsup, sprinkle with bread-crumbs, and brown.

   Serve hot.
