Baked Eggs

Ingredients

• six eggs
• four tablespoonfuls of good gravy
• one handful of bread crumbs
• six rounds of buttered toast

Method

   Put gravy in a baking dish, break eggs into it, season, strew bread crumbs, and bake for five minutes.

   Serve on toast with optional cream and parsley.
