Baked Bass

Ingredients

• 1 or 2 bass
• Dripping or butter
• Seasoning
• Potatoes
• Chopped parsley
• Mustard sauce

Method

   Choose small or medium-sized bass, wash and clean them.

   Put a little butter or dripping inside the fish and season with pepper and salt.

   Lay them on a greased baking tin, add more fat or butter on top.

   Bake in a good oven for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally.

   For the last 10 or 12 minutes, add parboiled potatoes to the baking tin.

   Serve the fish on a hot dish with potatoes arranged around and sprinkle with parsley.

   Serve mustard sauce separately.
