Bacon and Macaroni

Ingredients

• Boil 2oz. of macaroni
• in a pint of stock
• 2oz. or 3oz. of previously boiled streaky bacon
• loz. of bacon fat

Method

   Boil macaroni until tender, then add previously boiled bacon cut into squares.

   Toss the whole over the fire with bacon fat until hot, then serve with a garnish of fried eggs or broiled mushrooms.
