Asparagus in Butter

Ingredients

• i bunch asparagus
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 54 teaspoon each, cinnamon
• saffron
• 54 teaspoon cloves
• i. sprig parsley
• 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
• Boiling salted water

Method

   Wash asparagus and cut into small pieces.

   Cook until tender in boiling salted water.

   In a casserole, combine butter, cloves, cinnamon, saffron, parsley, and hard-boiled egg slices.

   Heat thoroughly, add cooked asparagus, and shake to cover with sauce.

   Serve.
