ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE Cheese Sauce: 4 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups milk 14 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce 2 cups, grated cheese Melt butter over low heat; add flour, salt and pepper; stir until well blended.
