Apple Mould for dinner to-morrow. Put an ounce of gelatine to soak in a cupful of water. Pare, core, and slice two pounds of good baking-apples, put them into a stewpan with water to cover them, and let them simmer gently till soft. Stir in the soaked gelatine till dissolved, and add sugar to taste, with a little lemon-juice, if liked
