Another Real Indian Curry

Ingredients

• 4 Loin Chops
• breakfastcup of Milk
• piece of Butter size of an Egg
• teaspoonful of good Curry Powder
• large Spanish Onion

Method

1. 1

   Put milk and butter in a stewpan, brown sliced onion, and add to milk.

   Mix curry powder in a small quantity of cold milk and add to the stewpan.

3. 3

   Brown chops in a frying pan, then place in the stewpan and simmer until done.
