Almond Cookies

Ingredients

• one half cup of butter
• one and one fourth cups sugar
• one half cup of sour milk
• one beaten egg
• one half teaspoon of almond extract
• one fourth teaspoon salt
• one half teaspoon soda
• two cups of flour

Method

   Cream butter, add sugar, sour milk, egg, almond extract, salt, soda, and flour.

   Mix thoroughly, roll thin, and bake in a hot oven.
