Chop the pepper and onion very fine and cook in the hot Snowdrift until soft, not brown; add the tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces, and the cayenne. Cook five minutes. Cut the cod into squares of one inch, place it over the top of the mix- ture, cover and cook for fifteen minutes. Serve with boiled rice. Shake until the onion is soft; add the curry powder and then the oysters, drained. Cover the pan, bring quickly to a boil, add the salt and cayenne and serve at once. Put the Snowdrift into a shallow frying pan, add the peppers chopped very fine and shake until they are soft. Add the lobster, chicken and salt, and push to the side of the stove to slowly heat while you make the Tomato Sauce and drain the rice.
