OWLLET, 2 tsp. lemon juice Place peaches in pastry lined pie pan. Combine brown sugar, flour, and Salt, add butter. Cook until thick. Remove from heat; add lemon juice; pour over peaches. Make lattice crust. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 30 min- utes. Makes 9 in. pie. Mrs. F. G. Pour into one large or 2 small unbaked pie shells. Bake in a moderate oven until set.
