Macaroon Pudding. — i quart milk, i tablespoonful cornstarch yolks of 3 eggs, i cup sugar, i saltspoonful salt, flavor with bitter almond. Boil the milk, and then add the other ingredients dissolved in I cup cold milk. Have ready in a pudding dish one dozen maca- roonsMacaroon Pudding, pour the mixture over them while hut, then beat the whites of 3 eggs to a stiff froth with i small tablespoonful of powdered sugar. Drop this on the top of the macaroons, place the pudding in oven until a light brown. MONDAY, Breakfast— Indian Mush witli Cream, Bacon. Bread and Butter. Coffee. Dinner— Soup, Beef Olives. Potatoes. Butter. Lemon Pie. Cheese. Supper— Scalloped Potatoes. Fresh Graham Bread. Apple Sauce. Cake. Cocoa, OCT. Eggs and Fall Spinach. Bread and 16 Butter. Lemon Pie.— Take i lemon, grate the outside, leaving the white then grate the inside, i grated potato size of thelemon, i cup sugar, I of water, yolks of 2 eggs. Mix all together and let boil.
