gently for 12-20 minutes (according to size and thickness of fish).
Dish the fillets in a hot entrée dish.
Whisk the sauce to be sure it is smooth and not too thick, and
pour over the fish.

the sieved yolk and the chopped parsley.
Macaroni Fish Pie

2 ozs. boiled macaroni. 1 oz. flour.
2 ozs. grated cheese. 4 pint milk.
4 lb. cooked and flaked white + pint macaroni stock.
