Shred cabbage on medium shredder. Cut tomato in eighths and hollow. Save filling for garnishing. Shred carrots on fine shredder. Shred green pepper on medium shredder.Stuffed Vegetable Salad . Arrange cabbage on salad plate then slip the tomato petals into the cabbage. Fill with carrot and pepper and garnish with the tomato filling.
