Mix flour, oatmeal, ginger, baking powder,
soda, salt, and Suet. Warm syrup and beat

up in the milk; stir this into dry ingredients
and beat up well. Pour into greased basin,
steam for three hours. Serve with syrup sauce.
Sufficient for 6 to 8 persons.

4-lb. Flour. j4-lb. Shredded ATORA.
d-pint Golden Syrup. 4-pint Milk. 2
teaspoonfuls Ginger. Pinch of Salt. 3 tea-

egg, add milk and syrup to it and stir the

Soda. 3-0oz. Shredded ATORA.: 4-oz.

Milk.
Mix flour and suet together, stir in the syrup.
Dissolve the soda in warmed milk and add to
the mixture, which must not be very liguid.
Put into greased basin, steam for 3 hours.
Sufficient for 4 to 6 persons.
LLANBERIS PUDDING
21b. Flour. 2-0z. Sugar. 3-oz. Shredded
ATORA. 2 tablespoonfuls strawberry Jam.
1 Egg. Teaspoonful Carbonate of Soda✪ Ginger Pudding.
Dessertspoonful Milk.
Mix dry ingredients together, add jam, beat
up egg and stir in. Dissolve the carbonate
of soda in the milk and add last. Only fill
the basin a little over half. Steam for 23
hours. A very light pudding.
Sufficient for 4 to 6 persons.
LEMON PUDDING
i-Ib. Flour. 4-lb. Breadcrumbs. 2-oz.
Sugar. 4-lb. Shredded ATORA. _ Pinch
of Salt. Rind of 3 Lemons.. 1 Egg. 1

lemons—cut off the yellow rind as thinly as
possible and mince finely. Steam for 2 hours
Serve with lemon sauce.
Sauce.—Juice of 3 lemons, 4-pint water,
4-lb. lump sugar, 1 teaspoonful arrowroot.
Boil sugar and water together 10 minutes,
moisten arrowroot with a little cold water,
pour over sugar, add the lemon juice, boil for
5 minutes and serve.
Sufficient for 6 to 8 persons.
