Take first joint of wings, part of neck, the heart. liver and gizzard and boil soft. When nearly done add 5 or6 potatoes, When all are boiled remove bones, cho and season with pepper and a good sized. iece of butterTurkey Dressing. Soak nearly a small oaf of bread in the water in which the meat and potatoes were boiled; add to- the dressing.—_Mrs. Wm. M. Lester. Dr. Fenner’s Flavors are Strong and Absolutely Pure. Brick of Beaf. 3% pounds of lean beaf, chopped fine; 4 crackers, rolled; 8eggs well beaten; salt and pepper to taste; a little celery salt or seed. Mix well, mould into a brick; cover with bits of salt pork or rolled bread crumbs; put acoffee cup of water inthe pan, Bakei hour and baste often —Mrs. Lambert. Veal Loaf. _ 1% pounds of lean beef, chopped fine;Brick of Beef 2crackers and 2 eggs; 1 teaspoonful of salt; butter size of an egg;1% cups of sweet milk. Mix all well together and bake.—Mrs. Burritt. Beef Omelet. 2 pounds of beefsteak, clear_ beef, chopped fine; 4 soda crackers rolled fine; 4 eggs, beaten; % cup butter; % cup milk; salt and pepper to taste; small onion, chopped fine anda pinch of sage.
