ROCK CAKES. Ingredients. 1 Lb. Flour. 6 Ozs. Butter. 2 Teaspoonfuls Baking Powder 3 Eggs. 6 Ozs. Currants. 6 Ozs. Castor Sugar. i Teaspoonful Ground Ginger. A Little Salt. A Little MilkRock Cakes. Method. Rub butter into flour ; add other ingredients and beat into a stiff batter ; drop on a well-greased baking tin ; bake in moderate oven for fifteen to twenty minutes. 220
