These recipes are not original, but have been tried and tested by women of our community so well known that their signatures insure the excellence of their recipes. Everybody eats, and everybody should enjoy eating, but not everybody knows how to prepare the viands of the dailv menu so as to insure perfection of that enjoyment, and — "The happiness of man — the hungry sinner since Eve ate the apple, much depends on dinner." A public benefactor, then, is that one who shall provide for you a helpful manual on cookery.
